For ten years I have been on camera coloring, heating, and styling my hair every single week. And for ten years the most consistent message in my comments and my DMs has been some version of — I wish my hair did that. Mine is so thin. Mine breaks. Mine sheds. I didn't have a real answer to give them. I tried. I recommended shampoos, supplements, treatments. Nothing I could point them to actually solved what they were describing.
